By participating in this tournament, all teams, players, coaching staff, and parents declare that they agree with the rules and conditions of the tournament and are obliged to comply with these regulations.
The organizer reserves the right to change the regulations, rules, and other matters.
The opening of the tournament will be held at the city square, where the children will have a free boat tour on the beautiful Ohrid lake on 13.06.2025 (Friday).
All matches are held at SRC Biljanini Izvori Ohrid (Atina Bojadji Stadium).

The established match schedule cannot be changed, except for justified reasons and by decision of the organizer.
First, second, and third place in each generation receive trophies and medals, as well as a trophy for the best player and best goalkeeper.
II. Competition Rules – Common Provisions
Each team must check in with an authorized person at the tournament 30 minutes before their match time.
The matches are played on 6 fields: 4 with artificial grass (2014/2015/2016/2017 generations) and 2 with natural grass (2012/2013).
Generation, number of players, field dimensions, match duration:
2012: 8+1
2013: 8+1
2014: 7+1
2015: 7+1
2016: 6+1
2017: 6+1
Matches are played for 30 minutes without a halftime break. There is a referee timeout halfway through for the children's refreshment.
Shin guards are mandatory equipment for every player.
Each team may register up to 15 players per generation.
A younger player can play for an older generation, and girls who are one year older can play for a younger generation.
The coach of the opposing team, in case of reasonable suspicion, can request the verification of the players on the other team before the match.
A goal cannot be scored directly from the kick-off or directly after conceding a goal.
When the ball is in goal kick (goal-out), it cannot be kicked directly over the halfway line.
Cards:
Two yellow cards in a match – red card.
Direct red card for unsportsmanlike behavior – suspension and a one-match ban.
Next red card at any time – ban from playing/participating in the tournament.
Penalty kicks are taken from 9 meters.
In the group stage, ranking is as follows: Head-to-head result, then goal difference, then goals scored, then goals conceded, then fair play, then draw.
The elimination phase starts from the 1/4 finals, then 1/2 finals, then the match for 3rd place, then the final. Only in generation 2017 do the first two teams play a 1/2 final.
In the elimination phase, if the result is a draw, each team takes 3 penalties.
III. Disciplinary Provisions
3.1. Forfeit loss (3:0):
If a team is 10 minutes late to the match.
If it is determined that a player played who is not of the appropriate age.
3.2. Immediate disqualification of a team from the tournament:
Incidents, physical or verbal assault (insults and inappropriate chants of any basis—religious, national, political, etc.), rude, indecent, reckless behavior, displaying banners or other materials with any discriminatory and/or offensive content by a player, coach, team member, parent, towards another player, team, parent, organizer, referee, security, or in public, whether during or before or after any match, anywhere in the SRC Biljanini Izvori – Ohrid complex (Atina Bojadji Stadium).
Failure to follow instructions, orders, and guidance from authorized tournament personnel, by players, coaches, teams, parents, and other team members.
